Concert day is more than a performance — it’s a moment your child has worked toward, a day filled with excitement, pride, and beautiful memories you’ll want to hold onto.

I’m so happy to offer family mini sessions for Tri-City Nightingale families to capture this special time in a simple, relaxed, and meaningful way.

What to Expect on the Day

Concert day can be busy and exciting — my goal is to make your photo session feel easy, relaxed, and enjoyable.

Before Your Session

• You’ll receive your assigned time slot via email ahead of the event

• Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time

• Have your outfits ready (concert attire or coordinated family outfits both work beautifully)

During Your Session

• Sessions are 10 minutes and designed to be quick and smooth

• I’ll guide you through natural, simple prompts — no need to worry about posing

• We’ll capture a mix of:

  • Family portraits

  • Your singer individually

  • A few candid, in-between moments

After Your Session

• You’re free to enjoy the rest of your concert day 🎶

• Your images will be carefully edited and delivered via a private online gallery

• The gallery link will be sent to your registered email

What should we wear?

You’re welcome to come in your concert attire or choose something that feels comfortable and coordinated.

Where will the photo sessions take place?

Sessions will take place at Hayward Performing Arts Center (PAC)

Can we include extended family or friends?

Mini sessions are best suited for immediate family due to the short session time. If you have a larger group in mind, feel free to reach out in advance and I’ll do my best to advise.

How many photos will we receive?

You will receive 6–8 professionally edited digital photos, carefully selected by the photographer from the best moments captured during your session.

When will the photos be delivered?

Photos will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after the event.

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

All bookings are final and non-refundable.
However, your session can be transferred to another family if you’re unable to attend.
